I'm Sarah- an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Pre and Post Partum Certified Trainer.

Years ago, I embarked on this journey with a main goal in mind: to educate individuals to take charge of their well-being, fitness and mindset.

My aim is not only to empower you with the tools for a physical transformation but also the mindset to Building a Better Body and a Better Life.

As far as exercise goes, I was only running for a very long time. Running is fun and I enjoy it very much (still do!) but I wasn't losing the fat as quickly or as much as I wanted, and my knees were giving me problems. Also, I wanted to increase strength, and I needed guidance. And that's where Sarah came in.

 

I've been with Sarah for nearly 8 months and I think it's made such a difference. There are the obvious plus points of weight loss, better mind-to-muscle connection, and a toner physique. But the most important take-away is that my mental game is so much better. I used to be so negative in my workouts. The inner voice would not shut up, telling me I was weak or that I couldnt do it. My sessions with Sarah have improved this so much. My inner voice now still never shuts up but she now sounds a lot like Sarah. "You can do this. You've got this. I'm so proud of you."

 

Sarah's been absolutely amazing. She's encouraging and warm and will smile even while adding weights to the next set. Gently pushing, pushing me to beyond what I thought my limits were. I'm so much more now because of her.

HOW IS MY PROGRAMME TAILORED FOR ME?

Each block is different from the last, building upon it to keep you progressing without hitting any plateaus.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF EACH SESSION?

Generally, workouts are all programmed to be able to be completed within roughly 60 minutes.

WHAT IS THE MOST SUITABLE WEEKLY FREQUENCY I NEED FOR TRAINING?

Training frequency would depend on several factors including your current fitness level, ongoing and end-goal of your fitness journey, lifestyle, and recovery from training. This differs from person-to-person.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?

Everyone’s body reacts and adapts to exercise in different ways, so we will be working with you at a pace that works best for you. The training will be broken down into phases to ensure you are progressing towards your goals and training at the right intensity.
I have had some clients achieve the results they’ve wanted in a matter of weeks, some in a matter of months – both dropping body fat but all at different rates. Results are dependent on numerous factors like your nutrition and training frequency, commitment in- and outside the gym and how much work you put in.
